The whole process of getting Insurrection out the door has been different. Starting with my main editor leaving the editing business right up to yesterday when Amazon would not accept the print book. It was a peculiar Amazon rule that I had never encountered, but today the book is on the way. It may lag the eBook by a day or so, but it will be out, and the print book and eBook will be on the same Amazon page.

Of course, Wizzy is excited and will tell you about the book HERE.
The next book is slow to develop. I think I mentioned that the initial title is Renegade. If I continue with it, the whole story will be different because it involves Nick going back to Earth by himself. No, I can’t say more. I think this is what they call a teaser.
Also, I may have mentioned that I will be experimenting with a new publishing line. It will be called R&P Story Publications. I’m waiting for approval from the Texas Secretary of State’s office to make that official. The long-term goal is planned to work with children’s books. However, before I do that, I have much to learn. There will be new software to learn, new skills to develop, and a new approach to publishing. My practice efforts will be in the form of coloring books and probably activity books, mostly for adults for now. This is an area that has been heavily exploited by people who want to make quick returns. To do that, they publish hundreds or even thousands of low-content books which take no real skill or imagination. Some people can pump them out at the rate of five to ten per day. That is not my style. Putting out quality products takes time, and that is what I plan to do. By the way, I enjoy the artwork as much as anything else. My father was an artist and was even the chief artist/cartoonist for a Los Angeles paper after WW II. Unfortunately, he was recalled for the Korean war and stayed in till retirement. He never practiced his art after that—a great loss, in my view.
So, time to celebrate! The latest book has launched! Thanks to all who helped make this happen.
Oh, yes. Read the book. Submit a review and ….tell your friends about it!
